What is the MRM Parent Association?
The purpose of the MRMPA is to work with the school administration and Board of Trustees to support the mission of Many Rivers Montessori, specifically by taking a meaningful role in ensuring that every family feels welcome and included in the school community.
Who is a member of MRMPA?
Every parent or guardian of a MRM student is automatically a member of MRMPA.
What falls under the MRMPA umbrella
- Community Coffee (Monthly; rotating locations)
- Parent Education Event Host (e.g. Refreshments, setup, cleanup)
- Parent Social Events
- Family Support
- Staff Appreciation
- The MRM Parent Forum (our online/email discussion group)
- Events or initiatives to support the mission of the school, and ensure that all families feel welcome and included in the school community.
What are ways I can be involved?
- Attend MRMPA events and activities.
- Attend MRMPA planning Meetings.
- Become a Coordinator for one of the MRMPA projects. (ie. Parent Coffee, Family Support, etc.)
- Help provide refreshments.
